1. Service Agreement

By scheduling or booking any service with The Cleaning Box, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Cleaning Box provides professional residential cleaning services designed to meet the specific requirements of each client. The scope, pricing, and details of the service will be confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional requests or modifications must be communicated and approved before or during the execution of the service and may result in adjustments to the time and/or cost of the service.


2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Please note that scheduling and subsequently canceling an appointment generate administrative and operational costs. Therefore, a cancellation fee will be applied to help cover these expenses, regardless of the notice period.


3. Satisfaction Guarantee

Client satisfaction is of utmost importance to The Cleaning Box. If you find any part of our service unsatisfactory, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service completion. Upon verification, we will arrange a corrective visit at no additional charge.

After this 48-hour period, The Cleaning Box will not be responsible for any claims or requests related to the service. This guarantee applies exclusively to the areas originally serviced.


4. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning personnel have secure and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. Access may be provided through a key, door code, or by personally allowing entry to the premises. In cases where access cannot be granted, the visit will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
